Why Would A Florida Keys Wedding Be A Great Fit For You?

Have you ever thought of getting married in the Florida Keys? Let me tell you a little bit about them. These are a group of islands just South of Florida's mainland. Many of these keys have beautiful venues with a lot of uniqueness to them. Starting with Key Largo and going all the way down to Key West.
I have filmed many weddings in the Florida Keys, so here I will mention some advantages, some reasons and a few venues that will help make your wedding a beautiful event. A lot of picturesque opportunities will arise to capture your gorgeous wedding day, and make it into a wonderful memory.
Sunsets
One of the best things about getting married in the Florida Keys are the sunsets.
Fort Zachary Taylor is a magnificent venue that is located in Key West, FL that you should consider for your big day. Since you are on the south western tip of Key West, your sunset options will be incredible. This state park has a few different areas where there will be incredible sunset opportunities to get amazing photos and videos.
A true one-of-a-kind experience, getting married at Fort Taylor not only provides a magnificent natural settings with beautiful sunsets, but a chance do other things like bird-watch, swim at the #1 beach in Key West, and gives you the capability to immerse yourself in some American history.
Key Largo Light House Beach is another beautiful venue that I have filmed at. This is a cozy venue located in Key Largo, Florida that has stunning sunsets. There are multiple locations here where beautiful sunset backdrop photos and videos can be taken. My favorite is when the couple is on the pier, I got some excellent footage from those opportunities.
In addition there is a Straw Hut where they serve drinks out of, a lot of beautiful palm trees, and a beautiful forest like setting with a swing in the back. Take a look at the trailer I created at the Key Largo Light House Beach below.
Water Activities
A lot of these locations in the Keys have great water activities such as swimming, boating, and snorkeling. A venue that particularly come to mind that I have worked with was the Dolphin Point Villas in Key Largo.
This is a perfect resort for you to go kayaking or to bring in and doc your boat as you are getting married. Yes the groom actually came to his wedding on a boat.
Also it's location is close to the dolphin rescue and training facility. This is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in Key Largo's natural environment. Here you can encounter dolphins and other marine mammals just steps from the beach. Watch this video below to get a taste of what you can expect from this beautiful venue.
